OUR CONCEPT AND STORY
Czech cuisine and cuisines of surrounding european countries are a base for the innovative and creative meals of our chef Michal Paulík. Using local food of a superior quality, he re-interprets, changes and completes tastes, colours and fragrances to make new, imaginative and surprising meals, full of tiny nuances. He composes his little masterpieces from herbs, usual and unusal vegetables, good meat, poultry and fish to make a sort of landscape on the plate.

GALLERY OF MODERN SCULPTURE
Nuance Reastaurant strives to present not only gastronomical experiences, but also artistic ones. That is why we cooperate with Goodstuff studio, and works of contemporary Czech sculptors are presented within the spaces of the Restaurant and the lobby. Since the end of March, 2015, you can see here an exposition called Faces by Michal Trpák.
